How to Play The Bo Diddley groove on Cajon

I Hope you are doing well. I’m here with another groove tutorial for you.

This is a groove Inspired by the famous “Bo Diddley beat”.

Bo Diddley was an American singer songwriter that incorporated African rhythms to Rock ‘n’ roll and Rhythm and blues. The groove you are going to learn today is inspired by his self titled hit single, “Bo Diddley” from 1955.

We are going to start playing it together with the metronome at 60bpm for you to integrate the pattern. Then at the goal tempo 90bpm. And after you feel comfortable with the groove you are going to play with music.

I’ve included a Backing track in the video for you practice the groove with music.

You can follow this tutorial with the FREE Pdf available in the Free Tools Area
