Hello! I hope you’re doing well.
Following the same concept of my last post Cajon with Bongos.
In this tutorial I’ve chosen one of my favourites latin grooves, the Cha-Cha-cha. I think bongos are a great addition for this kind of grooves.
This is a simple pattern, but simple doesn’t mean “easy”. The most important is to get the right feel according to the music you’re playing.
I will start slow at 70bpm for you to internalise the pattern and I want you to play with me. Then we go up a bit at 90bpm.
To then play at the goal tempo of this tutorial at 120bpm. Before start playing with me I suggest you to learn the pattern slow to integrate it well.
You can follow this groove with the free Pdf available in the Free Area. I’ve also include some suggestions of songs that you can practice the groove.
So, time to learn the groove, let’s get started!
I hope you like this tutorial. For more content you can also follow this project on instagram and facebook.
Thanks for watching the lesson. I’ll see you soon in the next one!
Peace.
